Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ALIVETA GAMES ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you play Survey Show: Guess the Answer (the "Game") on Android or iOS. By using the Game you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Game.
1. Who we are
The Game is developed and published by ALIVETA GAMES, legal entity name, registered address, registration number. ALIVETA GAMES is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.
Privacy questions and requests: contact@alivetagames.com.
2. Information we collect
You do not need to give us your real name or email address to play. The data below is linked to a pseudonymous player account that the Game creates on first launch.

3. How we use information
- To provide the Game: create and restore your account, save your progress, run rankings, crews and the crew chat.
- To process purchases: validate store receipts, deliver purchased items and prevent fraud.
- To keep the Game stable, fair and safe: diagnose crashes and errors, detect cheating, filter and moderate names and chat messages.
- To analyse and improve the Game: understand how features are used, balance difficulty and the in-game economy, improve questions and their answers.
- To measure marketing: learn which ads and campaigns bring new players and how much they spend, if you allow ad tracking.
- To communicate with you: answer support requests.
- To comply with law: for example tax, accounting and consumer protection obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK players)
- Contract: running the Game, your account, progress, crews and purchases.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, moderation, crash diagnostics, and analytics that help us improve the Game.
- Consent: ad attribution with AppsFlyer and the use of your advertising identifier. You can withdraw consent at any time (section 5).
- Legal obligation: keeping purchase records as required by law.
5. Analytics, ad tracking and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: ad tracking with AppsFlyer is off until you allow it. The Game asks you once, after your first sign-in; you can answer "No, thanks" and play exactly the same.
- In the Game: the profile has two switches. Analytics turns off the analytics events we and Google Firebase collect about your play (also ad tracking). Ad tracking turns AppsFlyer off or on. A change applies at once, and we stop sending your purchases to AppsFlyer.
- iOS: we ask for permission to track under Apple's App Tracking Transparency only if ad tracking is on. If you decline, your IDFA is not used. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Google > Ads).
The Game may offer optional rewarded videos for in-game rewards. It does not use an advertising network at the moment; when it does, this Policy will name it and describe your choices.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:
- with service providers that help us operate and analyse the Game, under contracts that limit their use of the data: cloud hosting of our game servers; Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for analytics and crash reports; AppsFlyer for ad attribution, while ad tracking is on; Google Play and Apple for purchases;
- with other players, limited to your host name, avatar, rankings, crew and the messages you send in your crew's chat;
- if required by law, court order or to protect the rights, safety and property of our players, us or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Under some US state laws, sharing advertising identifiers with attribution partners can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out with the Ad tracking switch (section 5).
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers from the EEA and UK rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards.
8. Data retention
We keep account and game data while your account is active. Answers that matched nothing on the board are kept for 30 days without your player ID. Analytics data in Google Firebase is kept for 14 months. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes, and backups that are overwritten on a regular cycle. Our own analytics events are kept for a period to be set.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. California and other US state residents may request access or deletion and opt out of targeted advertising; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@alivetagames.com and include your host name and the player ID shown at the bottom of your profile, so we can find your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
10. Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your Survey Show account and associated data at any time:
- In the Game: open your profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm twice. The Game needs an internet connection for this. Your account is deleted at once and the Game closes; the next start creates a new account.
- By email: write to contact@alivetagames.com with the subject "Delete my Survey Show account", your host name, the player ID from your profile and your platform (Android or iOS).
Deletion removes your account, progress, in-game currency, rankings and crew membership. It is permanent and cannot be undone, and purchased items are not restored. Purchase records required by law are kept as described in section 8. If you asked by email, we will confirm by email once the deletion is complete. Uninstalling the Game does not delete your account.
11. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections between the Game and our servers, encrypted storage of your progress on the device and restricted access to production systems. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to incidents.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game.
